Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement is an agreement between You and Local Tech Trends.

This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us. This Agreement is the entire Agreement between us. Our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or conditions or guidelines posted on the website.

When a customer, a business, which may be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation. Agrees to do a business to Local Tech Trends, the following Terms and Conditions apply:


  1. Setup and Recurring Fee

Local Tech Trends services can be purchased on a (1) month, (6) month and (12) month terms. Mainly consist of a setup fee and a monthly recurring fee. At sign up, setup fee and first month charges are paid. In some cases, plans or packages may allow paying multiple months of service in advance. Recurring amount is billed monthly, until the customer cancels the service. Customer is billed on the same day of the month as the original sign-up date for each billing period. (6) Month, (12) month contracts are not to be billed again until an agreement or a renewal of contract has been made.


  1. Services

The customer understands that Local Tech Trends is not affiliated with Google, Yahoo, Bing or any other search engine. Local Tech Trends has an advance internet advertising architecture that caters to various businesses and industries. We have a structure that strategically analyze your demographics, target market and geographical location, that goes into optimizing your targeted keywords and business location. Local Tech Trends strive to deliver the services offered and adheres to local search engine optimization guidelines and best practices in a timely manner as possible. Local Tech Trends’ Local SEO Service is mainly for local search engine visibility only and does not promise nor guarantee state or national visibility or any specific radius. Local SEO take about a minimum of (3) to (4) months of intense detailed research and work.

Our IT and Customer support teams are committed on delivering reports and communicating on various media as possible (phone, email etc.) to provide quality service and best results.

Service Disclaimer: All services may not be available within all countries, states, cities, and other locations.


  1. Information provided to us

The customer is legally responsible for all information, content, data, music, photos, graphics, video or other media uploaded. Local Tech Trends is not responsible for your information provided. You hereby allow Local Tech Trends a non-exclusive license to host and use the Content in order to provide you with the Services and hereby represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to grant us such license.  You are responsible for any Content that may be lost or unrecoverable through your use of the Services. You are encouraged to archive your Content regularly and frequently.


  1. Access to Other Accounts and Services

Some of our Services may require customer login and password information for accounts or services you may have with third party providers. You allow Local Tech Trends to have access to this information to obtain best possible results of the service.


  1. Billing

A customer may change their billing set-up or payment information by calling customer support at 1-877-332-8380 or email us at billing@localtechtrends.com. Customer agrees to automatic recurring charges to their credit card or checking account. Charges will appear on customers’ statement as LOCAL TECH TRENDS.


  1. Cancellation and Refunds

The customer agrees to the term of the agreement for the service or plan they select, which may range up to a (12) month term. Local Tech Trends will not issue refunds for services already rendered, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. When requesting for a refund, the customer must contact Customer Service and each inquiry will be reviewed. Refunds are not guaranteed and if one is granted, it will only be granted on a prorated basis. A customer may cancel or terminate their services within 7 days before their next billing due by calling us at 1-877-332-8380 and sending us a cancellation email to support@localtechtrends.com to avoid future charges. Local Tech Trends cannot and does not guarantee a return of investment (ROI).


  1. Liability

Local Tech Trends, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, personal injuries, business interruptions, state licensing requirements, city ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss resulting from the use or inability to use Local Tech Trends Services. The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the services provided. The customer understands and agrees to adhere to the governing laws by the State of California upon purchasing Local Tech Trends. The client also agrees to act in accordance with the jurisdiction of the State of California, County of Orange, with issues of any such matter relating to the purchase of the services provided by Local Tech Trends.


  1. Indemnification

A customer agrees to indemnify and hold Local Tech Trends, its successors, suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assigns harmless from any liability or loss resulting from any judgments or claims against Customer.


  1. Customer Disclosure

The customer agrees to inform Local Tech Trends in writing of any internet advertising campaigns it has performed or is performing prior to agreeing to service. Failure to disclose this information may compromise the services provided by Local Tech Trends. Also, the customer must provide a (1) physical address which can receive mail for each service location. Without a physical address, it is more difficult for Local Tech Trends to obtain best possible result of the service. Customer further agrees that they will only use Local Tech Trends service for lawful purposes only.


  1. Terms and Conditions

Local Tech Trends may change its terms and conditions without prior notice, at its sole discretion. To document your terms and conditions for your service, we recommend that you print these terms and conditions and store them in a file or electronically.


  1. Communication

The customer agrees to coordinate and respond to Local Tech Trends request for information, PIN verification, post card, Business profile update, cancellation requests etc. regarding their internet advertising campaign on a reasonable period of time. It may affect or delay the process and performance of the service.


  1. Autodialing

The customer agrees and consent that Local Tech Trends and its affiliates may contact you through an automated dialing device to update your current business information, Phone/PIN verification and report status of your account.


  1. Intellectual Property

The customer agrees to respect all trademarks, copyrights and any other intellectual property. Customer certifies it owns or has permission to use any image uploaded or otherwise provided to Local Tech Trends.


  1. Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration that is administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and will be conducted in the aid of arbitration from a Court located in the County of Orange in the State of California.


  1. Governing Law and Venue

By purchasing Local Tech Trends service you agree that your agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You also agree and hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the State of California, County of Orange, with respect to any such matters relating to your purchase of Local Tech Trends goods.


  1. Comments and Feedback

Any questions, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other information provided by you to us are not confidential and you hereby grant us a royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, publish, modify, edit or otherwise use such Comments as we deem appropriate, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes, in our sole discretion.
